TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before submitting an inquiry or proceeding with a booking.

These terms apply solely to services coordinated by Orion Sirr and invoiced via OMNIALONDON LTD. They do not replace or override the terms and conditions of third-party service providers whose services may be arranged on your behalf.

ROLE OF ORION SIRR

Orion Sirr operates as a private concierge and experience coordination project.

We do not own, operate, or directly control villas, hotels, vessels, vehicles, venues, or service providers. All services are delivered by independent third parties, each responsible for their own licensing, insurance, safety, and operational standards.

BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

No booking is considered confirmed until:

  • availability has been reconfirmed

  • payment terms have been agreed

  • written confirmation has been issued

Verbal discussions or preliminary proposals do not constitute confirmation.

PAYMENTS

Payment terms vary depending on the nature of the service and will be communicated privately.

Deposits or full prepayment may be required to secure arrangements.
Failure to meet agreed payment deadlines may result in cancellation of services without further obligation.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and amendment policies of individual service providers.

In most cases:

  • deposits are non-refundable

  • late cancellations may result in full charges

Orion Sirr cannot override third-party policies but will always act in good faith to assist where possible.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS

Any events, celebrations, or gatherings must be disclosed in advance and are subject to approval by the relevant property owner or service provider.

Unauthorized events may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

LIABILITY & PARTICIPATION

Participation in all experiences is at the client’s discretion.

Orion Sirr is not liable for:

  • weather conditions

  • force majeure events

  • service disruptions caused by third-party providers

Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate travel, health, and personal insurance coverage.

DISCRETION & CONFIDENTIALITY

Client privacy and discretion are fundamental principles of Orion Sirr.

All personal information is handled confidentially and shared only when necessary to coordinate requested services.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Orion Sirr reserves the right to decline, refuse, or discontinue services at its discretion.

GOVERNING LAW

All services coordinated and invoiced by OMNIALONDON LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
