Questions

When should a Mykonos villa be photographed?

Ideally from April to early June, before the season. The light is right, the island is quiet, and the villa is ready to market when demand peaks.

Do you work with rental agencies or only owners?

Both. We work directly with villa owners and with rental and management agencies across a portfolio of properties.

Can you bring direct bookings, not only platform bookings?

Yes. A dedicated villa landing page and Google Search campaigns bring guests who book directly, alongside your Airbnb, Booking.com or agency listings.

Do you manage the villa's social media?

Yes. We plan, create and post content through the season, so the villa stays visible to returning guests and new ones.

Do you also market villas and land for sale?

Yes. For sales we produce the film and photography and run campaigns alongside the licensed agent handling the transaction.

Do you work in Greek?

Yes. We work in Greek and English.
